Mahjong 101 is a beginner-friendly introduction to American Mahjong. No prior knowledge required. We cover the tiles, the card, and the basics of gameplay, then dive into guided practice games so you can see it all in action. Classes are lively, approachable, and paced so that anyone can follow along. Everyone needs a card to play. You can order one before class through the National Mah Jongg League at www.nationalmahjonggleague.org, borrow one of mine during class, or purchase one from me directly if I have them in stock.
